Tony Snow Sick again

Had to cancel a speech.

ASHLAND, Ohio (AP) - Former White House press secretary Tony Snow, diagnosed with cancer three years ago, canceled a speaking appearance at Ohio's Ashland University because of an unspecified illness, the university announced Wednesday.
The university said Snow's doctors have told him he cannot travel, and that Snow will be replaced by the president's brother, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, at Thursday's fundraising dinner for the Ashbrook Scholar program.

5. My oldest brother died of colon cancer in 2003.
He was only 56. I agree I wouldn't wish that on anyone no matter how vile or disgusting they were.

Kind of bizarre, altho I am sorry he is so sick. No one should get any glee from a person dying of cancer.

8. I think he's been in the grips of a setback, or a relapse, for some weeks, now.
I recall reading that his new gig with CNN had to be delayed because of his illness. I wasn't happy to hear that CNN hired him but I wish him well.

So sorry to hear about your illness, too. I hope you're on the road to recovery.

I have no love and less respect for Tony Snow, but I wish him the best, anyway. Sad news, and I hope he gets better. The part about not being able to travel seems pretty grim.

Since he signed that deal?

As others have stated on this thread, while I detest the lying this bastard has done, I will not kick a man while he's down. I've dealth with cancer and altheimers and wouldn't wish these illnesses on my worst enemy and their family. I also sorta admire the guy for still plugging away despite the drain this must have on not only his body but his personal life as well.

Every time Scotty lied he knew, we knew, he was lying and was uncomfortable with it
and it showed.

Tony Snow lied and was comfortable with it.
