Fascist Ari Fleischer spinning spinning spinning!!

He doesn't understand what's "happened" to Scotty!! Scotty just doesn't sound like himself. It's not the Scotty he knew and worked with!!

Maybe Scotty has been taken over by space aliens or something!!! I mean what else could explain such "puzzling" behavior??????

1. Rove compared him to a "lefty blogger"
That was the kiss of death. This will be something to see. All the attack dogs will be out in force. It's almost like watching a horror movie where McClellan is the victim, over and over again.

2. Yahoo headline actually used the words "Sour Grapes"
I was rolling on the floor laughing. How many times can you use that excuse? How come so many have sour grapes?

5. And what's wrong with "sour grapes?" People are entitled to ...
... have a positive or negative opinion about their experiences. That should have no bearing on how we judge whether someone is being truthful or not. What matters is what they say and how we weigh its relevance to what's going on now.

6. Exactly ... same with "disgruntled"

People throw out "disgruntled" as though the description falsifies every charge someone makes.

Well, I'll tell ya ... when I was employed by some idiot that I discovered was cooking her books and leaving me to deal with the inevitable investigation that would come, I left that job and sang like a bird. You're damn right I was disgruntled ... and for good reason.

4. The majority of people already know what Scotty said
Ari's spin is way too late. It's over.

7. I think they've pulled that "disgruntled employee" line too many times.
Only the real Bush supporters bought it back when they used that line on Richard Clark, and he was a new face for the public when that happened. Same for Bush's economics guy, and a string of other fairly unknown figures.

Everyone's seen McClellan's face a thousand times, and everyone's seen him spinning away for the Bush team, selling his soul and clearly uncomfortable, but 'taking one for the team'.

To say he's just a "disgruntled employee"... it won't even fly with a lot of Freepers, I expect.
