I filled up yesterday for $3.89 a gallon
I usually top off when I need 8 to 10 gallons. But I still cannot
get use to spending $35 just for weekly around town driving.

But I'm luckier than the poor jerk ahead of me. When I got out of the
car, the pump I stopped at showed the last sale was $78.43.

4. I filled up yesterday on the way to work
it was $3.71/gallon and I checked my mileage book at the time. Last fill up had been 5/19 so I got about 10 days between fill ups. It was 7 gallons and around $25.00. MPG is 38.8 on my Toyota Yaris in a mix of highway and city driving on the 23 mile commute. I have slowed my drive down in the morning to 50mph on the highway and try to time the lights as much as possible on the city streets. In the afternoon coming home I have to do 60 or I will get run over by the trucks.

i paid 4.15 for regular last night. $44 to fill up my 15 year old Toyota.
