It is time for a new definition of "foxx"

I think Virginia Foxx has earned the same dubious honor that has come to Rick Santorum and Rick Warren's Saddleback Church - they got new meanings defined for their names. As in "Tim and Jen were saddlebacking because they wanted to save their virginity, but their parents caught them because of the santorum on the bedsheets."

Anyways, we need a new word.

Define "foxx"...
