from the fundie-friendly American Family Association's OneNewsNow:

Craigslist continues to advertise prostitution
Charlie Butts - OneNewsNow - 5/3/2009 4:15:00 AM

Craigslist has no plans to remove its "erotic services" section of its website.

Pat Trueman, special counsel for the Alliance Defense Fund, tells OneNewsNow that one executive has stated the firm does not have explicit material on the website. He disagrees.

"They have prostitutes advertised and trafficked women -- women against their will, who have explicit pictures, hard-core pornography on the site advertising for prostitution," he notes.

It gets even worse, Trueman adds. "Because what law enforcement has discovered is that on the site, child prostitutes are listed and pictured," he points out. "And no child can consent to prostitution or to have their explicit image posted on the Internet or anywhere else."

Some of those children are victims of child trafficking from a foreign country to the U.S. Trueman suggests Craigslist could be prosecuted, and should be, at least for aiding and abetting.
