Fecking MoveOn.org!
Am so pissed off..they just called my UNLISTED phone to remind me of Howard Dean teleconference as I guess daily emails aren't enough...Where in the hell did they get my phone number! Sorry...needed to vent..have a real deal about phone solicitations. Any one else get a call?

1. Just now got one, but my name + number has been in the phonebook for thirty years.
I listened to the whole thing, just grateful it wasn't (1) somebody concerned about my credit card balance (which is always ZERO) or (2) somebody concerned about the expiring warranty on my car (which has no warranty).

Are you sure you didn't sign a petition that required giving your phone number? I don't see how MoveOn could get your number if it's unlisted?

They probably got your telephone number from an online petition you 'signed.'
