Excellent Candidate for Stupid Criminal Award
So the young man in Slidell Louisiana thought he saw his friends car parked at the drugstore. The keys were in the car, so he figures he'd just take it for a spin just to scare his friend (now thats just hilarious.) After awhile he figured out it wasn't his friends car and he saw police cars were now in the drugstore parking lot.

So what does the car thief do? Why go to the gas station, get a gallon of gas, drive the car away from the drugstore and set the car on fire (to hide the evidence??)

He could have set himself on fire. No perp, no arrest or trial. And he'd be a contender for a Darwin.

5. I'm rather surprised
he didn't set himself on fire. I'm also surprised he didn't do the car burning AT THE GAS STATION. The ole brain cells must have been in overload for the young man.
