Huff-Po's Jane Hamsher: McGovern the "pawn of a right wing astroturfing sc**bag
In an article describing Di-Fi & Specter's proposed "card-check" compromise:

George McGovern was recently dis-invited from the Progressive Magazine's 100th anniversary event because of his outspoken opposition to (the EFCA) on behalf of his good friend Rick Berman. If McGovern is interested in reclaiming his reputation among progressives as something more than the pawn of a right wing astroturfing scumbag, he now has the opportunity to acknowledge that these compromises would satisfy his concerns.

Tell us what you REALLY think, Jane.

3. Lying about the Employee Free Choice Act is indefensible
And what is a "liberal Dem icon" doing with a friend like Rick Berman anyway? The only possible defense is that McGovern is senile.
