He now claims to be "disabled"? Really?
Sometimes the utter gall of some people just leaves me breathless.

And - surprise! - he's a Poppy appointee!

6. If He retires with a disability he keeps his $163000+/year for the rest of his life.
Isn't that great. He gets special treatment by the fukin prosecutor and judge and he stays on the fukin public payroll.

Corruption? I mean the fuck used his judgeship to proudly intimdate people. The fukin Beeatch.

Frank James Sensenbrenner, Junior

Lovingly known as 'Tex Sensenbrenner, in honor of his position as scion to the Kimberly Clarke fortune.

14. Tange ...... I swear to you ..... that's an updated article
Edited on Mon May-11-09 09:27 PM by Stinky The Clown
The first one had the reference to Tex at the end ... in thw last two or three paragraphs. It also mentioned one other R rep and John Conyers. That's all now changed. No mention of Conyers. And they did have him as John, but the correct state (WI)

on edit:

I

Am

Losing

My

Fucking

Mind

I searched the current article for Sensenbrenner. It hit in the third ¶ I then searched on Conyers and it went to the end with no hit.

Turns out Conyers and the guy from TX are in the ¶ before.

I'm going to bed now .........

15. I know you're right ............
I was looking for Dick DeGuerin's name - the defense attorney - and I see that there's a whole different reference to impeachment, quoting DeGuerin.

My guess is that the defense attorney - who is God in Texas legal circles - had some objections to the tone of the original article.

Nice catch, Stinky.

21. I'm so old I remember when....
Mike and Dick DeGuerin were both young and cute.

And I remember that they spell their last names two different ways. One is DeGuerin and the other is DeGeurin.

And I remember DeGeurin & (Lewis) Dickson.

And the other one was in Foreman (Percy) & DeGuerin.

Boy am I old!! :D

(Broken down court reporter here) :D

7. He should be disbarred, after all HE lied to investigators
Clinton was disbarred for lying in his testimony and that was a consensual relationship. I also disagree with finding him a "special" jail just because he has medical problems. I had a friend who died in jail (he had AIDS) and the jail refused to give him his medications. Just because this POS is who he is he NOT "special" and should suffer the consequences of his actions.

DeGuerin asked for mercy and that Vinson consider Kent’s alcoholism, diabetes and other mental and physical problems and sentence him to a medical facility.

I really hope that he gets impeached. He doesn't deserve his pension.

This POS still should be disbarred and impeached and sent to a regular jail.

Didn't the GOPPERS wanted to disbar him but settled for him losing his license for five years?.?.?

I seem to remember something along those lines. They were really out to get him.

25. Disbar?
Hell, they would have executed him if they'd been able to get away with it.

The Clinton hatred, which started as soon as he took office, was unlike anything I've ever seen in all my Washington life. The press was out to get him, the GOPigs were out to get him, and, damn, but he and Hillary played right into their hands.

Hillary's health care project was the worst thing they could have done, and his instant backing down on gays in the military showed him to be vulnerable, so the Capitol Hill hyenas closed in on him. The dummy gave them everything they needed with his dumb blow jobs. He was so naive, so arrogant, so stupid, and I was so damn disappointed. I still am.

But, no, I'm not quick. I just happened to spot your post, probably right after you posted it, and wanted to make sure we kept the facts straight.

27. Well they went after him even before he took office and NEVER let up
Another thing that pissed me off about the whole affair is Newtie was doing the same exact thing. Except me was getting blow jobs in cars. He was already on his second wife cheating on her as well as cheating on his first wife.

In 1981, six months after his divorce was final, Gingrich wed Marianne Ginther. He remained married to Ginther until 2000, when they divorced. Shortly thereafter, Gingrich married Callista Bisek, with whom he later admitted to having had an affair during his second marriage, at approximately the same time he was leading the Congressional investigation of Bill Clinton's affair with Monica Lewinsky.

20. Aren't you against torture
Edited on Mon May-11-09 10:54 PM by merh
how about cruel & unusual punishment?

Not treating a sick prisoner is both.

Sorry your friend was mistreated. That doesn't mean others deserve to be mistreated, even sick bullies like this old bastard.

22. Of course I'M against torture, how silly. I AM against men sexually harassing WOMEN @ WORK
And apparently he felt the NEED to "torture" these women while they were there trying to work and make a living. One woman lost her job and her husband because she spoke up, all because of this jerk coming to work DRUNK and felt the sexual urge. Cornering one woman in a closet. Not my idea of a good working environment.

I don't think this person deserves special treatment. He could still receive his medication while serving out his time for his crimes at the same facilities as other inmates. Having said ALL that I have no compassion even sick bullies like this old bastard.

I've always heard prisoners get the "best" medical treatment then the rest of us.

24. It is not special treatment for prisoners with medical needs to get medical treatment.
You may want to take the time to do a little research on the BOP (Bureau of Prisons), any prisoner with medical needs can ask the judge to sentence him to a medical facility. The facilities are still prisons - they are still operated by the BOP.

You need to make up your mind, are you about justice or vengeance. Do think bad people should be treated badly or do you think that they should be treated justly and humanely?

As you consider your response, think what the rightwingers like to say about the suspected terrorists. Your posts come real close to sounding like their justification of torture and abuse.

26. I know old felons who got out on parole,
or who had served their time, and very quickly committed another offense. Got caught, got convicted, got sent up again. They have shelter, medical care, food, and a social life. No joke.

A friend of mine, a respected journalist of national renown, was interviewing a convicted felon in a penitentiary a long time ago - the early eighties - and while he was doing this, he found himself thinking that he could live there - everything was taken care of and all he had to give up was the outside world. He was shocked at how appealing it seemed to him.

A federal judge, though, in custody? It would have to be a very minimum security place - otherwise, his life wouldn't be worth spit......

17. A bully cries Mommy! - excerpt from your link >

Cathy McBroom, the one-time Galveston case manager for Kent who made the formal complaint that led to the judge’s downfall, said he first attacked her in a small room about 10 feet away from co-workers when he came to work drunk. She said she didn’t want to give up her job and her pension so she tried to avoid him as much as possible, while Kent told people she wanted the affair.

“Being molested and groped by a drunken giant is not my idea of an affair,” McBroom said. She said she lost her marriage, her Galveston position, sleep, self-esteem and more and asked Kent be sentenced so he and others will remember it.

Donna Wilkerson, Kent’s secretary, said Kent sexually and psychologically abused her starting her fifth day on the job.

“He said he hated bullies. How sad,” Wilkerson said. “He’s the biggest bully of them all.”

She said she believes Kent is “crazy” and she fears for her family’s safety.

18. What is "nonconsensual sexual contact"?

Kent pleaded guilty to one count of obstruction of justice for lying to a judicial panel investigating a sexual harassment complaint. Kent also admitted he’s had nonconsensual sexual contact with the two employees between 2003 and 2007. The five charges relating to the sexual misconduct were dismissed in the plea agreement.

“I submit myself humbly to you,” Kent quietly told the Senior U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson in a chilly courtroom with more than 50 onlookers. “My sincere apologies to all concerned.”

Kent, who loudly proclaimed his innocence in court in the early days of this case, could not be fully heard in court Monday when he apologized for his crimes. He said he was “completely broken and in some ways a better person for it.”
