Eugene was trying to keep it calm and was getting run over...even barnicle couldn't get her to shut up...and the guy from DC in the upper panel couldn't even get in the mix...

finally, Eugene went to the core, the legality, and dickdaughter could only bring out the RW talking point of 'wouldn't you want to do anything possible to save your family and thousands of others?'...to which Eugene reiterated that it WAS ILLEGAL, no matter how many lawyers you got to tell you it was OK, as everyone who has tortured in the past could always find someone to tell them it was legal...

and the proof of the effectiveness is totally unproven...
