3. Enthusiastic yes but not just to piss off the conservatives
I'm just afraid that overseas courts will be the only venues where justice can be done.

saying "just to burn up rethugs" demeans the task.

It is VITAL for war criminals to be prosecuted.

My answer would be a little different than the options
"No - Because I want see them getting a fair trial and proper punishment here."

I don't want to see any American subjected to foreign laws for actions that took place within our borders (unless we first modify our laws to allow that). I also don't want to see any American "busted" without a fair trial. I'm free to presume guilt, but I do not want the courts to do that (so leaving "busted" would work personally but I don't like the feel of saying "I want to see someone get busted" no matter who it is, what crime it is, or what facts I think I know - that happens too often)
