Guess whose hand I just shook? (hint: utility belt)

today is a WAY cool day. I was in the book store and I recognized the guy behind me in line. Although quite a bit older than the last time i saw him in public, I manuevered myself to hold the door for him and his wife as they exited the book store.

I said:

"Excuse me sir, but are you BATMAN?"
he smiled and said:
"Is there a crime, citizen?"
I laughed and extended my hand and said:
"I have followed your career and it is an honor and a privelege to meet you"
to which he replied:

"And the same to you, thank you very much!"

Adam West, a CLASS ACT.

9. Yeah, I was surprised at his comments on Bill Maher's show years ago.

The Family Guy's Adam West is not that far removed from the actual person.
