Another Fucking War?!!!? Are US troops in Mexico?

I don't normally buy into bullshit. And I'm generally pretty skeptical, but.......

I was told by a well-sourced friend last night that his neighbors Army son was just wounded there, and his best friend was killed by a grenade. A SoCom colonel told him "Yeah, we're there, but I'll never say it in public".

Anybody else hear anything?

edit: forgot to cross a "t".

1. If our troops are in fact in Mexico, they aren't in combat against Mexican soldiers.

They're probably assisting Mexican soldiers and police against the violence of drug gangs and operations. The latter have taken over local governments and economies.

afaik, guv goodhair asked for them and Obama said 'no', he's not interested in militarizing the border. I haven't heard anything different, either.
