This has been running in Indiana, it is a slick ad I will admit.

The key words in this first part is "the effects of proposed carbon legislation". then there is the fear factor "your electric bill could soon go up as much as $50 per month",

This looks to me like a sneak attack by clean coil advocates, I thought this was a legitimate ad for alternative sources of power; until I saw the end of the ad: http://www.fairpowernow.org/video-gallery/ You will have to watch it in order to verify if I am correct in my a perception of this 'ad'.
