2. here is my email
You know, I know it's easier to just repeat what john boehner says as fact instead of doing any actual reporting yourselves, but whatever anyone in congress may or may not have known is of little consequence as they had no ability to do anything about it or tell anyone what they knew.

The fact of the matter is that someone ordered the torture of people. People who apparently were giving information without the extreme measures. So, the question should be who ordered the torture, and why did they torture people who were already giving them valuable pertinent information.

One would think that a journalistic entity, one who claims to be the best team on television would go out and find this kind of stuff out. I mean, wouldn't that be a GREAT story to have that you could keep reporting on all day for days and days instead of repeating like a parrot what any one person says without having any facts to back it up or legwork of your own to prove or disprove it.

I am sad to see the sorry state of your once great news network these days. For the past couple of years in fact. You have a few lucid moments and then go right back to this lazy, useless parroting. Of what anyone says, be it Pelosi or Boehner or anyone else. When I went to college, journalism involved finding out information for yourself and following leads. Perhaps if you started doing that you could be a valuable source for people again.

3. I E-mailed them.
Told them whether Pelosi knew or not was just a diversion...even if she did, she wasn't in a position to do anything about it due to secrecy laws.

I told them to focus on the REAL STORY: what high official in Bushco ordered the torturing of prisoners.

What a bunch of propaganda. We don't need a new Fairness Doctrine...oh no...because our news reports every angle of a story. Right. :eyes:
