Cheney is a megalomaniac.

Notice how he uses the wording "our term." There's an almost royal tense to that "our."

I wish I had the text of his speech. He piles lies upon lies.

I don't know how anyone could not see through this lying sack of shit. There should be an asterisk after every single one of his sentences.
