Former Teacher, Convicted for Sex With Student, to Host Bar Night

Mary Kay Letourneau made headlines in 1996 when she was arrested for having sex with her 12-year-old student.

Now, the former teacher, 47, is raising eyebrows again. Letourneau and her former student, who are now married, are hosting a "Hot for Teacher" night at a Seattle bar.

An advertisement says Letourneau will host the event at Fuel Sports Eats and Beats and Vili Fualaau, now 26 and the father of Letourneua's two youngest children, will be the DJ, "spinning Top 40 and club classic hits all night."

"It's turned into sort of a love story," the bar's owner, Mike Morris, told ABC News affiliate KOMO.
