I hope we won't have to find out what to do next.

If they do uphold it, and I don't think they will, it will fall eventually.

Better now than later, but the CA SC is kind of progressive despite 6 of the 7 jurists being Republican appointees.

9. i bet the mormons who supported prop 8 would oppose a prop banning more than 1 wife
i think that's already law. but if it was up for a vote they would oppose it.
