Why the hell is this woman on TV?

Okay, so currently she's blonde, but obviously no one kidnapped her, she's not promoting a book or movie, etc.

Again, why is she on TV?

I doubt she is running for anything except perhaps a talking head spot on Fox. That's not to say she won't consider a run for the House or the Senate in the future. I worked with Liz for a while and she definately is: a) daddy's girl; and b) of the opinion that her abilities are better than most anyone else's.
