Poll question: What role do you think Operation Rescue's website played in all of this?

Roeder allegedly kills George Tiller, and then the website goes down.

Now Roeder's name pops up in the cache of Operation's Rescue site, so it has to be wondered...

What did they know?

1. Right now, I think none of those choices.

I think they are culpable in inciting violence, particularly dangerous as evidenced when preaching to zealots like this guy, but I doubt they had any professional relationship with him.

If it turns out they did, well that would be interesting...

2. The role they played is the same as any web site.

Some people there are violent and believe in the worse ways most of the time. Some people there are loving and believe in better ways most of the time.

Just like this web site and many others.

If they advocated violence, that is wrong, if they advocated discussion in peaceful non judgemental loving ways, that is good.

Again just like this web site and any other forum.

I am not discussing the issue of the legality of abortion, I am discussing the methods people use to advocate for what they believe in. I think that defines them even more then their positions on issues.
