What were Congress and the President's greatest successes and failures this week? 4-13-10

A lot of stories are missed every week, both good and bad. I welcome somehow tracking them and creating some sort of record. Please respond with what you think were the highlights and lowlights of the past week for Congress and the President. I realize this is rather crude request, so thanks in advance.

I will give you something to laugh about in exchange.
