1. 1 in 150 thousand surely has a job with the VA
It's a BIG institution, it serves millions of veterans.

2. Well, I am surprised by the demographis possibilites.
One of the largest government agencies and no on on DU works there, or is willing to admit that they do.

That's an interesting phenomenon.

3. Like most government entities you have to log on from a node within the system to have access.
In order to be able to access from the "outside" you need special clearance, or account type.
