Another great city that changed my life: Bilbao, Spain




Bilbao's story is incredible. The Guggenheim is only, one albeit big, part of the story. Visit Bilbao! You will be amazed!

I cannot tell you how much that Guggenheim exhibit affected me! It was amazing. This thing was a massive mind change, I tell ya. You go in there, you come out different! It changes you...hits you in the face like a big frying pan!

This is a mind mover. Go to Bilbao. It is in the Basque country. They are tough people and they have a BIG gripe against the Spanish government. But the Guggenheim and their new bridge and their new subway are designs of architects that came into Bilbao as a result of the Guggenheim coming in. It is a city that has been re-designed by ART. Go see it. You will be amazed...
