3. Are they mentioning the millions of $$ of safety violations?
Or any mention of how the mines that have a history of strong labor unions have the highest safety records? Just curious - after watching Keith and Rachel who focused on how these companies have been known to choose fines over safety for their employees, I'm curious to know if other networks are reporting the same info.

7. Let me shed a little light on that disgusting bit of politics
As I live in WV, I saw firsthand just how absolutely nasty and vile Blankenship and his cohorts can be. Now I couldn't swear in a court of law that he was in cahoots with the Mormon Church, but during that smear campaign against McGraw (the justice Blankenship wanted to replace so he could get his own man elected and overturn that 50 million suit) we kept getting calls from some group claiming to be a children's advocacy orgnization, and they spread a hate/fear phone campaign against McGraw. When I googled this so-called group, it turns out they were in Utah. Now just why in the world would a supposed children's advocacy group in Utah have any interest whatsoever in a campaign for a seat on the West Virginia court? Hmmmm?

5. Actually Cooper's coverage of the disaster has been commendable
And he hasn't been at all timid about reporting & discussing the rotten underbelly of Blankenship & Massey.
