WikiLeaks: Civilian Next to Target of Hellfire Missile....video 34 m 43 s
Once, in Iraq, there was a man casually strolling down a sidewalk.

"You're clear."

"I'm firing."

Then, there was a Hellfire missile impact, and there was no man.

2. Looks to me like his hands are in his pocket clutching a mini-Uzi.
Can't you even see that? He was clearly planning on killing our boys!

5. there were 3 missiles all together
They hit the building 3 times.

This was two to three hundred meters to the southwest of where the incident of the shooting of the journalists and other people took place. The first guy says about three hundred meters and the guy he tells it to confirms what he's told but repeats it back as two hundred. In any case, it was a different area than where the shooting of the journalists and others took place, and involved the same building where the earlier firing incident that was the reason the Apache was circling around the general area looking for insurgents.

What the guys in the Apache found while looking for the insurgents involved in the initial firing incident was a group of innocent people with cameras wandering down the street two to three hundred meters away from the area where the initial insurgent incident took place, and they mistook them for the insurgents they were looking for. After shooting up those innocent people small arms fire is heard back at the initial area where the original insurgent incident occurred that was the reason the Apache was looking for insurgents and involved the same building where that original insurgent incident occurred.

At about 30:34 in the full version from your OP... Apache is circling around the large courtyard area where all the ground force is located dealing with the shooting incidents of the journalists and others...

Roger, I can ah hear small arms fire from your engagement area at two zero zero zero ah about three hundred
meters from that objective. Over.

This is Crazyhorse; from what I understand small arms fire at two zero zero zero degrees about two hundred meters.

Just to the southwest.

Yup.

Right about where we engaged.

(meaning the initial firing incident that had the Apache out looking for insurgents that led to the killing of the journalists and others two to three hundred meters away)

Yeah, one of them with that RPG or whatever.

(Apache camera zooms in two two guys on the street one of which is wearing some sort of chest protection covering and carrying what appears to be a weapon, the other guy the camera follows appears to be carrying an RPG)

He's got a weapon. Got an RK... AK-47.

Hotel Two-Six; Crazyhorse One-Eight.

Gonna lose him.

(as man steps off curb and walks in another direction presumably into the building)

Crazyhorse One-Eight this is Hotel Two-Six. Over.

Roger. Have another individual with a weapon.

Dammit, they're in the same building.

(same building where initial insurgent firing incident took place that led to the killing of the journalists and others 2-3 hundred meters away)

Hey, roger that. Just make sure that ah you're firing from east to west. Over.

6. Three Missiles...
Yes, there were three missiles, but it probably only took one of them to take out the pedestrian.

What exactly does your comment have to do with a guy casually walking down a sidewalk? There is no legitimate reason to fire on a civilian noncombatant. Do you intend to argue that it is just too bad for him that he happened to be walking in front of a building that is about to be attacked? Note that he was in view before the first missile was ever fired.

Also, please note that you state in your comment "(...presumably into the building)(sic)." That bit of information does not locate a target very well.

The point of this is that a pedestrian likely dies for this aircrew's choice to attack an uncertain target with the pedestrian in full view prior to the launching of the attack. That is callous disregard for human life, at least.

Lastly, you should also note that there were two Apache helicopters involved in the attack on the building. Your "They hit the building 3 times." is a vague statement - at best - and possibly incorrect in that you do not actually clarify the action. Thus, the faux penchant for detail in your comment is noted and dismissed as irrelevant.
