If some nut killed 25 people with a gun he would be tarred and feathered by now. If corporations are considered persons, then let's treat them as such and charge them with homicide. 25 people killed.....495 violations at this mine last year and in the 1st 3 months of this year another 105 violations. If Blankenship took no action to correct the most dangerous violations, and they are found to be the reason for the explosion, he should be put on trial for murder. Clear and simple. Let the heads of these cooperations know there are consequences for their action or inactions.
