N.O. police describes shootings of unarmed civilians during Katrina.
A former New Orleans police officer has given authorities a shocking account of the killing by police of two unarmed civilians and the wounding of four others on Danziger Bridge in post-Katrina New Orleans.

So, some justice, perhaps.

6. And of course they were busy attempting to disarm the citizenry also.
And of course in the midst of all this they were busy disarming the citizenry, so that they could not defend themselves.
