I see several obviously dim-witted relatives of mine have joined her Facebook fan group... it scares me that I share a gene pool with someone so dense!

I have friends that are on her site, I link annoying sites to tick them off. Her voice alone grates on me.

She has absolutely NOTHING to say! She just strings together every cliche she can think of, she's mean-spirited, sarcastic, and her shrill, sing-song delivery makes my skin crawl. I am truly astounded that ANYONE takes her seriously.

What I'm very curious about is what has happened to Baby Trig. For a while there, he was her constant prop, but I haven't seen him anywhere in the media in quite some time, Has anyone else seen the little guy lately? Is he no longer useful? Is he with his real mother?

trashing somebody's house in January when the half-governor and half-dude were vacationing in Hawaii? Saw yesterday a gang of 12-15 year olds were being held as criminals for breaking into and partying in a vacant house - except for here on DU no mention of sister sarah's destructive child.
As for Trig, we know he's not getting the special care a Downs child needs, otherwise she'd be talking about it (maybe?). Mothering skills don't appear to be her strength.

The state has so many other real issues going on now -- a lot of cleaning up after her and Murkowski -- that the regular media doesn't really have time to deal with this old history. We heard about the break-in back in January, but it's been kept really quiet. I'm sure strings were pulled.

I don't really fault the kids that much for acting up -- my own girls had their impulsive moments as teenagers (and so did I) -- but I spent time teaching them to be honest and to take responsibility for their actions, not trying to cover up for them all the time to protect my own reputation.


Sarah is being rewarded for bad behavior, for some ungodly reason, and I think it sets a terrible example for her children. She's teaching them that it's okay to lie, manipulate, and work the system for purely selfish and pecuniary reasons -- and all in the name of God, no less. She's teaching them that if you pull a few strings, you can get away with just about anything, arouse crowds to acts of violence, because you're special and human laws don't apply to you. You can be an out-and-out racist and not have to apologize for it.

Why does she think she's so great, and why does the media give her a platform? She is so delusional it hurts, and I can't imagine being one of her children, having to suffer the embarrassment.

And Wasilla was 1 million in debt when she became mayor and 22 million in debt when she left that office.

It is hard to believe anyone listens to her.

I have several relatives that I love dearly who adore this vapid trash... and I just can't figure out why that is!

She's a woman who some men find attractive, she's a mother, some tout that she was a governor, and some like the fact that she doesn't talk like anyone else who's ever been office. (With the exception of GWB.) She endorses the Tea Party nuts and likes guns.

Well, that's why people in my area like her. The family my brother married into (with the exception of one person) is just CRAZY about her. (My brother thinks she's an absolute idiot.)

excerpts of one of her tirades when she emphasized that she was not advocating violence when using the term 're-load'. She knew exactly where she wanted that term to land: on the vacated, fertile minds of her base. SP is well aware that 're-load' may trigger a dramatic expression in some....sadly, I think she is hoping for such. She's only covering her _ _ _ denouncing violence. Her base got the message out and clear! THAT I take seriously.
