Fox News - Major Glitch
There is something bizarre happening on the Fox News station -- major glitch of some kind.

At least on Comcast here.

4. No, even weirder
For hours they've been broadcasting a still photo of what looks to be a moon landing.

Must be some computer or satellite problem.

6. Is it local Fux, or cable Fux?
Odd either way, but at least you're not having to stomach today's propaganda. :-)

8. It's Fox News cable station broadcast on Comcast in Colorado
No other station is having problems - just Fox News cable station.

The audio is a man's voice repeatedly saying "long before I got, long before I got, long before I got."

The picture is a still photo of a moon landing. Astronaut with flag waving in the background.

11. Oh, the Moon Landing hoax
Edited on Sun Apr-11-10 12:31 PM by SpiralHawk
Every Teabagger (R) knows the so-called 'Moon Landing' was actually filmed on a socialist Hollywood backlot, and that Neil Armstrong was actually in Kenya at the time and had a fake "Moon Landing Certificate" printed up to dupe the Lib-ruls into believing in evolution and natural selection.

7. Is it caught up in Comcast's "Digital Migration"?
Comcast started about 6 weeks ago slowly cutting stations you could get unless you got their digital converter

My gym is down to local stations and C-SPAN. They have no idea what to think without Fox News being on in the morning.

17. I didn't bring it up to anyone
but I was laughing to myself. They are fair though-every other day they had CNN on (you know because it is the counter to Fox :eyes: ) but only Fox had the closed caption on....

10. Sounds logical
Could be a glitch with the digital migration process, you're right. It's still humorous, though.

18. In my area, Comcast kept Fox on basic cable, but MSNBC is only digital.
Pisses me off, but not enough to pay the extra money.

Fox news is broadcasting "normally" here (Galveston County, TX)

13. Reminds me of something that happened a few years back.
A local radio station was changing it's format, so in the meantime they played "Wild Thing" by Tone Loc for 3 days straight.
