5. Nope, those are in the Public Garden too (you can see the water they float in in the duckling photo)

The Common has the Frog Pond (which has ice skating in winter). There's also several statues and sculptures, a bandstand, etc.

8. Boston' Fox station has live video

myfoxboston.com

I'm having a hard time placing where exactly on the Common it is from the video though. Most events use the existing bandstand for a stage, but the Fox site has two live videos running, one looks like a large rectangular constructed stage and I can't place where on the Common that would be (doesn't even look like the Common to me, but I haven't been there in a few months, so maybe I'm just not picturing it correctly).

Either way, the crowd is about 1/4 the size I remember seeing for anti-war rallies at the same location.
