More than just a blurb. Live coverage.

a) Most of the shit these idiots are protesting happened as a result of the LAST FOUR PRESIDENCIES (mostly thanks to the corporate aid and abettance of Reagan and Bewsh II).
b) Don't recall seeing ANY of these boobs during the period of January 20th, 2001 - January 19th, 2009. NOT. ONE.
c) They're protesting on taxpayer-funded grounds.
d) Unless they took a charter bus in, dollars-to-porta-potties say that they rode the METRO into their destination.
e) Yep. White, Republican, angry and/or on SS/Medicare. Oh boo hoo, you're such teh victims.

And now there's Kay Baily Hutchison saying "Taxpayers must never again be on the hook for excessive risks on Wall Street". So now begins the Grand Hand-Washing of Republican reps from their associations to Big Business/Finance/MIC/Whatever and their shenanigans . . . sure thing.

This station is vomitous; signature of our media's massive downward slide since the early 90s.

2. Over . . . and over . . . and over again.
CSPAN was the only major network I saw at these protests for the past 7 years. There weren't even any large-scale crowd shots of the 2005 Coronat . .. er . . inauguration. If there were (provided you got past the 2-mile-long line of five-row-deep police and state troopers, security fitting of a dictator), everyone would have seen that We the Protestors outnumbered they the subservient dumbass drooling sheep almost 10 to 1.

It's about time somebody in the media paid some attention to these people. They just protest their little asses off and don't get nearly enough coverage. Thanks CNBC !
