NYT/CBS Poll: Tea partiers wealthier, and more well-educated...
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/36528044/ns/politics-the_new_york_times/

I really have to question this poll. I've seen signs at Tea Party gatherings that have words spelled incorrectly. These people are protesting against their own best interests. They are protesting the tax cuts they received. They are protesting government-run health care, while on Medicare. They want change, and by doing so want to put the same people who created this mess back in power!

More well-educated? Really? You sure couldn't prove it by me, at least not from anything I've seen of them so far. What I see is a bunch of racists who are seething with anger that a black man is in the White House. And that pretty much sums it up for me.

1. What did they base "more intelligent" on?
If it's one thing tea baggers love to do is lie. So did they base it on higher education?

4. They are more intelligent than a fifth grader?
Don't think many of them could pass that test.

2. Tea party ORGANIZERS may be that way....
...but not the people who are showing up at these rallies. I question that poll too.

3. Did you see the quiz down the page??
And how many questions college graduates missed? If they are talking about education, then it is very possible. If they are talking about "intelligence", then I seriously doubt their poll.

5. They lie about everything else; why wouldn't they lie to a pollster?
Seriously, these are the same people who spew lies about Obama being born in Kenya, about the Health Care reform bill containing death panels and funding for abortion, about the videos showing teabaggers racially attacking African-American congresspersons being false...

...the list goes on. So why wouldn't a teabagger claim to be a friggin' Ph.D. for some political survey?

7. More "well-educated" than who?
Sorry, but I think the poll is as about worthless as used toilet paper. All you have to do it attempt to translate some of their abundant misspelled signs to garner an accurate idea of their collective "smarts". If this poll was presented on MSNBC, I would guess it was probably a topic on morning joe, MSNBC's morning foray into Fox News style punditry.
