Photos From Denver Tax Day Tea Party
Vanity | 4-15-2010 | MtnClimber

It was a nice day at this event held on the State Capitol Steps. Warm and only light breezes. No infiltrators. A very small group of Obamabots counter-protesting across the street. Heard radio news say estimates of about 4,000 in attendance. Smaller turnout than last year. Photos follow.

3. The Denver Post is reporting it as 2,000
I can't think it's more than 1k - I guess it was a pretty quiet event.

I think it was at last year that someone posed with Malkin & a swastika.

5. 1500? You mean 1500 people or...
1500 brain cells?

Either way, I think your number's high.

8. With teabaggers do you think there's any difference?
They only get one brain cell each, that's why they're teabaggers.

9. And of course the "liberal" media will continue to inflate both their numbers and importance.
The teabaggers are fringe of the fringe yet the media acts like they're a mainstream group.

15. There is a far far left comparison to Tea Baggers/Waco/McViegh
It was the crazy Jim Jones Church.

They considered themselves to be counter-culture, far left Christian, but they were just as crazy as the Psychos in Michigan.

Jones was as perverted as the protected priests and as violent as a Mafia Don.

His greatest tool was fear, lies and fear.

The biggest differences then and now was there has never been a left wing correlation to Faux News.
