... why anyone would allow this to happen. The "bags" were figured (unsophisticated drug testing field measurement) to bring a street value of $10.00...

I was surprised there was no mention of a lawsuit against Nintendo in that article.

Seriously though she's kind of lucky that's all she ended up with. Taking a fall even from a normal standing position could potentially be fatal, or cause permanent brain damage if you strike your head in just the right spot.
