1. What I find interesting is that his mother is the only one who complained.

While I am a bit at odds over just taking the word of a bunch of kids... I think they could have handled this better by looking at the kids most accused of bullying, keeping a really close eye on their behavior, and then going forth with restriction if the accusations were warranted.

4. Wonder why CNN didn't ask the mom how her son got on the list in the first place.

Shining example of how the people who choose to do the wrong thing walk away looking like a victim. She seems to want everyone held accountable except for her own bullying brat. I'd bet a buck on this kid beating somebody up before the end of the week. He doesn't seem the slightest bit sorry for his own role, without which, none of this would have been possible or necessary.
