The Lib Dem leader followed Gordon Brown to be interviewed by Radio One listeners, who seemed distinctly unimpressed despite his incredible rise in the polls. In the latest sign that Mr Clegg's support might be dwindling as his policies face greater scrutiny, his plans on immigration were roundly condemned. Like the Prime Minister, he was also attacked over his expenses claims - which included three kitchen upgrades in six months.
