President Obama will be delivering the eulogy at
the official memorial service for the West Virginia miners sometime within the next 15 to 35 minutes. CNN will carry his remarks live.

10. The widows or other relatives are placing a helmet
on a cross for each of the miners and then the governor greets them.
Obama will deliver the eulogy after this part.
