Damn. City of Wichita "Caves" to the teabaggers. wimps
The city will waive all the parking tickets given to tea party activists who parked in a city lot for an after-hours rally on April 15, police officials said today.

The move follows a review of the tickets and the city’s policy, which was prompted by stories in The Eagle last week.

At least 45 parking tickets were issued at the Rounds & Porter Building parking lot along Waco Street between Central Avenue and West 3rd Street (see map). The lot has signs posted that say it is reserved for city employees. But it is occasionally opened to the public for event parking or overflow parking at packed city council meetings.

3. Because they're sniveling hypocrites who think they're entitle to whatever they
want, believe rules are for other people, and can't be bothered to read a simple parking sign? Or was that a rhetorical question?

7. The intentional flouting of the law
parking tickets, random violations, death threats, vandalism may seem small but you add them up and they become a big deal. These people think they are above the law, we see it time and time again. When they break the law they try to use excuses like we see in this instance to get out of it.

Would the city of Wichita have done the about face with a liberal group?
