What "assurances" did the GOP get to allow them to move forward with the financial regulation bill?

What "assurances" did the GOP get to allow them to move forward with the financial regulation bill?
Does anyone have any information on what we gave up; or is this just posturing to say that they got something?

"Earlier today, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., said the short delay was instrumental to gaining "assurances…that changes will be made to end taxpayer bailouts and the dangerous notion that certain financial institutions are too big to fail." McConnell and other Republicans did not provide details on specifically what agreements had been reached."
