Fast Food Radio?
Limbaugh gives stupid little catch phrase like Femi-Nazi, Environmental Wackos and Drive By Media. What accurately describes Limbaugh, Hannity and the rest of that ratty pack of truth assassins is the title Fast Food Radio.

Has anyone else noted the similarities of Right Wing Radio Talk and Fast Food?

Both are owned by big Corporate which make their product widespread and accessible for mass consumption by people that are too careless, ill-informed, time-challenged, economically restricted, or trained to like the taste of the stuff.

Both are devoid of essentials and full of addictive, cheap ingredients that are sure to catch on to the detriment of the careless consumer.

To the point: Corporate purveyors pushing what's best for them and their bottom lines all served up in a highly advertised (that what Limbaugh does -- advertise his crackpot notions) in a special sauce and toasted buns.

1. How about decaying food radio? Or road kill radio?
People who listen to right wing radio are hateaholics. They are addicted to hatred.

3. I agree completely
it pretends to be information (or food) but has no real substance, and just makes a bunch of unhealthy addicts.

Great analogy!

6. Good analogy. Although the left should be producing our own tasty fast food ideological products

Addictive, tasty, fun

But with more nutritious ingredients

Subway to Limbaugh's uh...Burger King?

(disclaimer: I bet someone is going to mention to me how Subway is absurdly unhealthy and additive packed, and that may be true, but you get my point)

7. "Junk Food Radio" would be my variant of your OP
Cheap starches and nutrition-free filler.
