19. the problem is - we LET them control the definitions
anyone who uses violence and terror to make a political statement is a terrorist. Anyone who planted a bomb in a car in Times Square is a terrorist. Terrorists come in all shapes, colors and forms. They vary as much as the politics of the world varies. Stop letting them control the conversation.

3. Should he be water-boarded...?
....or beheaded on al Jazeera? What justice does this man deserve? Obviously, he does not consider himself an American, but a Pakistani. His loyalties are not with our country.

when exactly did Pakistan become a US State? Now he is naturalized... according to CNN... so that will be something they will do. If he is found guilty and given less than life... he will become a Stateless Person Oh and I would not advocate ANY KIND OF TORTURE, PERIOD

techniques the Pakistani Intelligence Service is infamous for ahem obtaining confessions.

21. I don't understand what you are trying to say...I stated
that a US naturalization does not bestow US citizenship indefinitely if serious judicial matters come into play ..that's all...how you get to you jump point is beyond me..

22. What I am saying is that they will not torture this guy
as to taking away his citizenship, only if he is released. Why I said, become a stateless person but ONLY after release, and that assumes HE IS actually like guilty. Lets wait for the courts.

7. Shouldn't our laws take precedence?
I may have missed the part that said, if you don't believe in our laws then we'll just take it on the fly.
