You know because this is an act of terrorism... they'd like the military tribunal I'm assuming?

1. NO. If he committed a crime it should be decided in a fair open court with all his rights intact.

3. I agree with you, however as you know the right is all up in arms that these terrorists should be
seen in front of a tribunal and not a judge and jury... All I've heard from them are crickets on this one...

2. Sigh. If only 9/11 would have been treated as a crime and not an act
of war, we would have caught the perpetrators by now imo.

4. There's one RW asshole
that I read about today, not sure who...there are so many potential candidates. This prick figures that Shazad should be somehow stripped of his American Citizenship just for that reason. Like most RW dirtbags he is terrified of due process.

5. His citizenship cannot be "stripped".
Neither can the citizenship of Timothy McVeigh, Scott Roeder or George Bush. They may be monsters but they're OUR monsters and they have all the rights normally granted to US citizens.

8. He does know the Constitution he stands behind wouldn't allow that?
I love how they stand behind the Constitution or what they think it is until it's expedient not to.... hypocrisy at its finest...
