Kris Kobach (Loser-KS) wants Arizona-type law for Kansas.
Received this in my email from the Kansas Democratic Party:

Kris Kobach’s latest crusade has drawn national headlines. He's reminded Kansas that what Kris Kobach does in one state affects our entire nation. We've seen what kind of elected official the architect of Arizona's latest "immigration" bill would be.

In fact, he’s already told Kansas newspapers that “If elected secretary of state, he would help draw up a similar bill in Kansas....”

What happened in Arizona is only the beginning of a dangerously extreme agenda. As Chairman of the Kansas Republican Party, Kris Kobach bragged about disenfranchising voters using a process called “caging” and later revealed himself as a "birther." These are just a few examples of his extreme agenda, any one of which is reason enough to stop him from running an election.

Koback lost to Democrat Dennis Moore (Third District) in 2004 and has announced his candidacy for Kansas Secretary of State.

1. Does his middle name also start with "K"?
Because the initials would be perfect for him.

4. dunno...

He's a law professor at UMKC, so he should know something about this.

Maybe he just wants to "help" the Kansas governor and legislature...

From his site, "Kris Kobach for Secretary of State"--
Kris Kobach, 43, is a Professor of Law and lawyer who litigates against the ACLU in courts across the country. Kobach defends cities and states that are trying to reduce illegal immigration. He is a regular guest on The O'Reilly Factor (FOX News Channel) and Lou Dobbs Tonight (CNN).
