Sounds like cops and courts and prisons will lose a lot of business.

Agree. And, there are many ways to use marijuana; smoking is small percentage.

4. There's actually evidence that it prevents it.
The lung cancer entry seems like an unnecessary add-on to the equation.

3. Other than cost, people need to be aware of how it will reduce drug use.
1) Would make it much more difficult to get if you're under the legal age.
2) Could bring down the use of more dangerous illegal drugs.
3) Wouldn't be any worst, as far as number of users, than what is in place now.
