We can take care of that. Make sure she writes with the right, er left, chalk. Get the judicial thermometer: Is she far enough up to be a liberal?? Not a judge? Ask her what she thinks of stripes and plaids together. I'll bet she can judge and has every day of her life.

Seriously! IMHO you don't know if they are a wolf in sheep's clothing or vice versa until they serve as a SCOTUS justice.

Chief Justice Earl Warren gave President Eisenhower agita from the day he appointed him. Justice Hugo Black had been a member of the KKK and his decisions in light of that were startling to many. Who knew that Justice Clarence Thomas would become mute? Justice Souter didn't exactly leave a clear trail to follow despite a lot of judicial experience. Judge Alito was thought to have lied outright in his confirmation hearings.

I, myself, have no idea how she will be as a justice. I can make an educated guess, but that is all I can make.
