13. That's the problem with most of the cabinet, it's not that there might be some one better to fill
the position, it's that there are so many so much better, one has to wonder WTF? You've come into office in the midst of a global economic meltdown, and the best person you can imagine to fill the SoT position is one of the very few people guaranteed to do absolutely nothing to address the causes of the crisis.
