4. most interesting - the video is labeled "dispersion ops" - underwater ofc, and look at the scale
the relative scale of dispersant versus gusher discharge that is. That at least suggests a use of dispersant similar in magnitude to the leak itself. Of course that depends on the concentrations in both streams - which already should have been be independently verified by scientists just like the leak size itself.
