<snip>
Whatever the cause, Ward now stands accused of plagiarizing one of the most famous speeches in political history -- Barack Obama's rousing address to the Democratic National Convention in 2004 -- the one that catapulted the Illinois lawmaker to the national political stage and then the presidency.

Take a look. (video at link) hahahahahahahaha
:rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

8. ...and when in the course of events, it becomes necessary
I mean...REALLY.

BTW, did you know that I wrote all of Milton, most of Donne's poetry, all of Adlai Stevenson's addresses to the UN, and the screenplay for Barabbas and First Men in the Moon?

14. Only problem here is that it was 'brought to light"
By Lucas Baumbach, who is a tea party candidate. As much as Ward is a typical Republicant wanker, Baumbach seems far worse.

15. I have a comment on that.
I have said things, that later were in speeches by many people, then said them again at a later time.

And people have said I plagiarized a speech, when the speech says something I already said before the speech.

Which is funny, but the real funny part is that when I think on it, I find that same thing I said before a speech, was also said by someone else years ago.

And it could be that it is not plagiarism, but many people having the same ideas.

In the same way, many people for years have been saying the same things, because their are similar conflicts in many generations about the choices people make. The stories are many times similar because they match that basic struggle of choices of paths.

There is a consistency in a struggle that is not part of any point in time, but is part of the character of many people.

It can also be cultural ideas continuing on through many different sources. Each generation learning from the many stories of past generations on better ways to stand for what someone believes, and in that many ideas can be passed down through generations.

(Although verbatim speeches sometimes are plagiarism)

As real as Sarah herself.

Damn Liberal news media...there they go violating our freedom of the press again.
