whether she wants regulations or the excesses of Bushco's neo-liberalism.
This press conference at 12.45pm will be a defining moment. He must tell the American public about every attempt by BP to lie, deceive and prevent government involvement in the Gulf. Then we must have meaningful restrictions.
Barack please remember it's you or them - take a side for once in your life.
This is the worst oil disaster in history.

correct time

2. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes!!!!!!

THAT would be a huge shift in our society henceforth.

It is within his power today to put it on the table...to put the brutal truth on the table and get away from "ism" arguments, and focus on the reality of daily life and how average citizens are affected...every day.

I agree. TAKE A CLEAR SIDE, PRESIDENT OBAMA. Show them how this is done, how it SHOULD be done, how it can be done if a stance of integrity is embraced.

:applause: (anticipating good things...thinking positive...;))

5. It will take more than regulations I'm afraid.
The tide of people are pushing congress and the commander for people to take back control of their government. Most of them are sell-outs and 80% of people want to replace the lot of them.

People see what is happening with financial regulation reform: the banks write the regulations and put their minions in government to embed the corruption. I think many people expect the same shit with regulating the energy industry: more dirty energy freaks ensconced in the government oversight of their bad behavior.

The trust in government regulation is pretty much gone until corporate interests are put in their place.
