Barbour: Mississippi joins lawsuit against 'Big Gubmint' HCR
http://www.businessweek.com/ap/financialnews/D9FMPQOG0.htm

The Associated Press May 14, 2010, 2:58PM ET

Gov. Haley Barbour says Mississippi has joined a multistate lawsuit challenging the federal health care overhaul.

Barbour has been saying for weeks that he intended to join the suit. On Friday, he joined it.

Barbour, a Republican, calls the federal law an "unprecedented expansion of federal power." He says the Constitution does not give Congress the power to require people to buy health insurance.

1. The law does not require people to buy health insurance.
It requires them to pay a tax in lieu of purchasing health insurance if they do not want to pay for it.

These idiots will lose BIG in court.
